Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in their region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and other avenues.
· Conducts visit to customers to promote sales and maintain good customer relationship.
· Seeks out potential SS Distributors within the designated territory.
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
· Provides technical, marketing and sales support to the Company’s customers.
· Conducts product demonstrations and training to users and to Partners’ employees.
· Reports on Customers’ feedback and complaints.
· Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual sales report on the business activities within the territory.
· Ensures optimal stock levels are maintained at the Sandtex store.
· Monitors stock level in Sandtex Store and report on stock condition and age weekly. Requests for replenishment based on customers’ requests and anticipated order.
· Maintains adequate care of the company’s vehicles and other assets.
Performs all other official assignments for the effective implementation of the Company’s Sales Objectives
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Management related courses
